You may be wondering why you need a walking workshop, you walk all the time. Have you ever watched people walk and see that each one of us has a different way we walk? One person points a foot out and another points their feet in and another person is as stiff as a board. All these walking patterns have an effect on how we feel and pain we might be experiencing.
In Natural Walking workshop the steps of walking are broken down so any walking patterns we have that are out of the “Natural” way our bodies are made to walk are corrected.
Our bodies are designed so that every step we take is stimulating all the meridians on one side of the body while the other foot placement is stimulating the reflex zones.
When we walk improperly, we are blocking out potential to walk freely, feeling out best!’
